ER srls was born in 2015 as a startup funded by the European Social Fund (ESF) within the Programme “Brain Back Umbria”. The founders were a group of young scientists and an accountant with the aim of organizing scientific meetings (under the brand islandofmeetings) in small villages to get benefit from the relaxed life and to get immersed into the traditions.

islandofmeetings successfully co-founded well established schools (e.g. CVC training school and the (Geo)Science Communication school) and organized several international conferences.

After some years, ER launched the “vendite PA” branch, addressed to Italian public research bodies facing issues in purchaising scientific products (especially prototypes) and supporting them in all the procedures for importing and admnistrative declarations.

In 2022, the personnel of ER started informal scientific collaborations and suddenly decided to open the “ER science” branch, addressed to directly work on scientific projects and science communication. In a couple of years ER was involved in a national project, became coordinator of an international project and organized several events.

ER srls is now deeply involved in several scientific actions and is looking for future challenging collaborations at national and international level. Our expertise is in:

• organization of scientific events (training school, workshops and conferences)
• science communication events (general public and schools)
• scientific projects development in atmospheric physics and related topics
