On wednesday 16 September 2026 we visited the Aeroporto Internazionale dell’Umbria. After assembling the ClimapctSonde, AIREMIT plans to perform a sensor test campaign at the airport to understand the sensitivity of the sensors and the correct functioning of the whole system. We checked where we can secure the sondes and powerbanks during the campaign and how the package should be assembled to be at the same time safe for the airport operations and meaningful for the project. The inspection was very useful for the next steps.
